Sydney Olympic Park is the newest of our patch: a growing cluster of high-rise apartments around the parklands and stadiums. Newer buildings mean modern loading docks, service lifts, and a strata process that expects you to follow it.
The stock here is almost entirely apartments, and often brand new, so nearly every move is a tower move. That is good news, because the buildings are built for it: proper loading docks and service lifts. The catch is that they also have the strictest booking and protection rules, and they enforce them.
